Oops!

It's 2:30 in the afternoon and I haven't fed my children lunch yet. They're not complaining so they must be munching on something...I'm not sure what...probably crackers like me. Very nutritious, isn't it. I'm in a good groove here working away and I noticed something smelled like it was burning. Odd. So I walked out into the kitchen and much to my horror was a pot on the stove that at one time a few hours ago had water in it to make KD but was now empty and emanating the burning smell. I wonder if my pot will be okay... oy! I hear popcorn being popped so I know the boys will be okay...
